It can also configure different measuring probes according to the measurement type. It is an important tool for observing and studying the dynamics of saline soil and water-salt. It is an ideal observation instrument for studying the occurrence, evolution and improvement of saline soil.

working principle

The main components of the soil salt collector are a graphite electrode and a thermistor for temperature compensation. The four-core wire is connected to the electrode plug. After the salt collector is buried in the soil, the conductivity of the soluble salt ions in the soil solution is directly measured. It has stable electrode performance; the electrode has high sensitivity, and the applicable measurement range is particularly suitable for high conductivity, so it is very suitable for the determination of soil salinity;

Lower limit of soil water content

The lower limit of soil moisture that can be tested varies depending on the soil texture. It is usually around 20%. As the soil clay content increases, the lower limit of water content applicable to the sensor increases accordingly.
