The temperature in the greenhouse is the main factor for crop growth. If we want the crop to grow well and get a high yield, we must control the environmental temperature of the greenhouse in the four seasons. In the cold winter, when the outdoor temperature is only a few degrees or a few degrees below zero, we need to heat the greenhouse, otherwise the crops will be directly frozen to death. This requires the user to do heating work in the cold winter so as to reach the environment of crop growth.
1. Warm water heating method
The warm water heating system consists of three parts: a boiler, a heating pipe, and a heat sink. Its working process is very simple. After the water is heated by the boiler, it is then sent to the heating pipe through the hot water delivery equipment. It is provided to the radiator, and the heat is transferred to all corners of the greenhouse through the radiator. After the heat exchange with the cold air in the greenhouse, the temperature of the greenhouse is increased, and the cooled water is returned to the boiler for repeated heating and recycling. The warm water heating method is stable and reliable, and repeated use reduces the waste of water resources. It is a common heating method in northern greenhouses.
2. Hot air heating method
The hot air heating system consists of a heat generating source, a fan and a ventilation duct. Its working process is as follows: the fan transfers the heat generated by the heat generating source to the various corners of the greenhouse through the ventilation ducts, and this method is used to increase the temperature in the greenhouse. Due to the different heating sources of this kind of heating method, the installation of heating equipment is also different. If it is a liquid heat source, pay attention to the treatment of exhaust gas after combustion. Hot air heating requires relatively high heat sources and is not very beneficial for resource integration.
3. Electric heating method
Electric heating is not particularly used in greenhouse heating, because electrical energy is a relatively expensive energy source equivalent to energy. Its common method is to bury the geothermal line underground in the greenhouse. This method is a good choice for raising the ground temperature. It is mainly used for seedling cultivation.
Modern greenhouses have overcome the cold weather conditions in winter and laid a solid foundation for the development of greenhouse planting technologies.
