The ventilation control of the temperature and humidity monitoring system is mainly based on a PLC (programmable control system). The sensor uses wireless temperature and humidity sensors , wireless sensor network nodes, and computer network control to achieve ventilation and fan opening and closing in the greenhouse to achieve control The need for ventilation in warm rooms. When we ventilate the greenhouse, there are two main methods, which are natural ventilation and artificial ventilation.
1. Natural ventilation
Natural ventilation is the main means of ventilation control in greenhouses. During the four seasons of production and planting, natural ventilation is used to regulate the indoor environment most of the time. Ventilation windows are usually left in the design of general greenhouses. When a greenhouse needs ventilation, some or all of the ventilation openings are opened for ventilation. The ventilation effect will be obtained when the air forms convection. The natural ventilation air volume is related to the wind speed, wind direction, the location of the ventilation window design, the size of the ventilation window, and the temperature and humidity difference between the interior and exterior of the greenhouse.
Although most of the time during the growth of crops, the greenhouse regulates the indoor environment through natural ventilation, but in the sweltering season when the temperature is high or the humidity is heavy, especially when the outdoor temperature exceeds 30 degrees In the weather, natural ventilation alone cannot meet the cooling requirements of the greenhouse. At this time, a combination of artificial ventilation, natural ventilation and a cooling system is required to adjust the environment in the greenhouse.
Artificial ventilation is a commonly used method that uses automatic equipment (such as air conditioners, fans, etc.) to convert electrical energy into wind energy, and promotes air flow to perform greenhouse ventilation and achieve cooling effects. The artificial ventilation can control the ventilation equipment according to the lower limit of temperature and humidity set by the user in the software system to achieve the growing environment.
