The working principle of the wet curtain in the livestock and poultry breeding monitoring system is: the hot air in the chicken house passes through the wet curtain (the water temperature is low), and the water evaporates and absorbs a large amount of heat in the hot air, which causes the air temperature entering the chicken house to decrease. It should be noted that the wet curtain uses water to absorb heat instead of heat transfer. The water temperature cannot be too low (circulating water is very good). Low temperature water is not conducive to evaporation, but it will reduce the cooling efficiency of the wet curtain. If the relative humidity in the air is greater, the cooling effect of the wet curtain is worse.
In the livestock and poultry breeding monitoring system , the evaporation and cooling effect of the wet curtain is closely related to the wind speed of the curtain. Different wet curtain structures have different requirements for the wind speed of the curtain. From a scientific point of view, a 15 cm thick wet curtain requires an accurate curtain wind speed of 2 meters per second. Total exhaust volume of livestock and poultry farms = rated fan ventilation volume * number of fans; water curtain area = total exhaust volume / wind speed over curtains; total width of water curtains = total area of water curtains / height of wet curtains. Calculate enough wet curtain area, and install the fan at the front of the house. It is not recommended to add a section of wet curtain in the middle of the chicken house. This will reduce the cooling efficiency of the wet curtain (because the wind speed of the curtain is changed). This method seems to solve the temperature difference problem at the two ends of the chicken house, but it will make the whole chicken house Instead, the temperature was raised.
