During the storage of the grain, due to changes in the environment, climate and ventilation conditions, the temperature or humidity in the grain silo will be abnormal, which will easily cause the grain to rot or insect pests. At the same time, the quality of grain storage in the granary is also affected by factors such as gas, microorganisms and insect pests in the granary. In view of the particularity of grain storage, the granary monitoring system generally takes the temperature and humidity of the grain silo and grain as the main detection parameters, and the gas component content in the grain silo as the auxiliary parameter.
The granary wireless monitoring system mainly has functions of data collection and transmission, data analysis and processing, data storage and retrieval, data table display and printout, real-time control and alarm. The on-site monitor collects the corresponding parameters of the grain warehouse, such as grain temperature, warehouse temperature, relative humidity, grain moisture, carbon dioxide and H2S gas content in the grain warehouse, and sends it to the monitoring center regularly or according to instructions. The data is displayed and stored in the form of a table, and then compared with the set alarm value. If the actual measured value exceeds the set range, an alarm or voice alarm is displayed on the screen and the record is printed. At the same time, the monitoring center can send control instructions to the on-site monitor, and the monitor controls the air conditioner, hair dryer, dehumidifier and other equipment to cool down and dehumidify according to the instructions to ensure the quality of grain storage. The monitoring center can also activate the sound and light alarm device on the on-site monitor through the alarm instruction, and notify the grain storage management personnel to take corresponding measures to ensure the safety of food storage.
