I. System Environment Overview

The system is used for the measurement and collection of temperature and humidity in open-air storage stacks. At present, ten storage yards need to use this equipment. Each yard usually has about 2,000 stacks, and the peak season is about 2500. Each field is divided into 5-6 zones, each zone has 200-400 stacks, and there is a 4-meter wide loading and unloading road between the stacks. TA, B and D are typical distribution maps of stacks. The stacking volume is 8mx4mx4m in length, width, and height. It is stacked in the open air. Each stack requires 6-8 temperature probes, and the probes are buried in the stack. The water content of the items in the stack is about 20%, and the electromagnetic waves are absorbed greatly. There is only 220V power supply at the lighthouse at the scene. The lighthouse is 15 meters high. Antennas can be erected below 10 meters. There is no power supply and wiring in other places.

Fourth, the system architecture description

According to the analysis of the on-site schematic diagram, the entire wireless temperature and humidity transmission system uses "cellular communication", as shown in Figure 1:

In Figure 1, the entire plant area uses a cellular method for data communication. Each lighthouse is divided into a cell. Each cell uses a different wireless frequency band. A wireless receiving base station is installed at each lighthouse. Data from temperature and humidity probes. The communication method of each cell is shown in Figure 2:

In Figure 2, the wireless temperature and humidity sensor is powered by batteries and placed in the stack. The working channel is the same as the channel of the base station in the cell where it is located. The wireless receiving base station is installed at the lighthouse. ; The base station buffers the data received by the wireless temperature and humidity sensor locally, and uploads it to the upper-level network when the higher-level equipment rotates, so that the reliability of the data can be fully guaranteed.

Five, system equipment description

(I) Stacking place: built-in 868MHz wireless probe (integrated, battery-powered)

A 868MHz wireless probe (integrated, battery-powered) is placed in each stack, and data is actively sent to the wireless receiving base station (ie, the lighthouse) of the cell where it is located using the 868MHz sub-channel transmission mode.

The reason why the wireless temperature and humidity sensor uses the frequency of 868MHz is as follows:

1. According to our actual test and application results, we see that this 868MHz (915MHz compatible) solution currently used has strong penetrating ability to obstacles;

2. In the currently adopted scheme, there are very few external components, and the debugging is simple, which provides guarantee for mass production in the later stage;

3. The current version has matured, and the sleep power consumption is extremely low (less than 10uA). With the existing 2400mA / H battery, the battery can be used for more than one and a half years under the actual budget of sending data once every 5 minutes. The later maintenance of the system provides guarantee;

4. In the current scheme, there are up to 102 wireless channels, leaving sufficient capacity for the system. In the actual field, even each cell can use completely different channels for transmission, which is for the stability, reliability and system probe of the system. The malleability has brought great guarantee.

(2) Lighthouse: wireless receiving base station (built-in 868MHz to 433MHz wireless bridge function, lightning arrester should be installed during project construction)

A wireless receiving base station (on-site power supply) is installed at each lighthouse, which provides 868MHz frequency band to receive data from temperature and humidity sensors , and provides 433MHz high-power two-way communication function. (The use of 433MHz frequency mainly takes into consideration the transmission distance. The distance to the office is relatively long, and there may be many obstruction factors. The initial budget power of 433MHz is 2W) in order to receive the order from the wireless receiving center. According to the site drawing description, the base station (that is, the lighthouse) is centered at 30 meters (specific (Determined for debugging) The area with a radius is divided into a cell, and each cell uses 868MHz subchannels for data transmission and reception. The base station buffers the probe data received at 868MHz into the local cache. When receiving the rotation training command (433MHz frequency) from the wireless receiving center, the base station responds the buffered data to the wireless receiving center through the 433MHz frequency.

(3) Outside the office (management center): wireless receiving center (lightning arrester should be installed during project construction)

The entire system is designed with a 433MHz wireless receiving center, which is responsible for actively training the wireless receiving base stations in each cell. At the same time, the wireless receiving center provides an RJ45 network interface to the uplink and uploads all the received data to the office PC through the LAN.

(4) Office (management center) PC: wireless temperature and humidity system management software

A set of wireless temperature and humidity system management software is installed on the PC in the office (management center), which is used to centrally manage all temperature and humidity data of the entire system. Functions include:

The wireless temperature and humidity sensor uses an aluminum alloy housing. In order to increase the stability and protection level of the device, it will adopt an integrated design (the circuit board, sensor probe, wireless transmission module, battery, configuration interface, etc. are all fixed and welded to the base plate). The module is hard-connected, and the circuit board is installed with a housing card slot. There are no screws with the housing. When the damage occurs and needs to be replaced, you can easily pull out the whole circuit after removing one of the bezels, and then pull the new circuit. The board is pushed into the card slot for replacement, and the baffle can be installed without replacing the shell. The operation is simple and convenient, the workload is small, it brings great convenience for later maintenance and replacement, and also saves costs.
