First, the cleaning film
If you want to increase the light transmittance of the plastic film in the greenhouse, in addition to designing the lighting angle and using a non-drip film, the management should rinse the surface of the greenhouse film with clean water every other week or so to remove the dust from the film. And broken grass, which can improve the light transmittance of 4% -9%.
Second, dry the fine soil or gypsum powder to reduce the adhesion of water droplets
Spread the freshly bought film on top, sprinkle with dry fine soil or gypsum powder (loam can also be used for local materials, but it must be sieved), and wipe it repeatedly with a towel cloth several times before cleaning. When the film is covered, the side of the fine powder or gypsum powder is rubbed inward to reduce the adhesion of water droplets.
Three, spray soybean powder (recommended)
The soybeans are ground into powder, and 7-10 grams of soybean powder per square meter of film is mixed with 150 grams of water. After soaking for 2 hours, the powder residue is removed and sprayed on the water droplets on the film with a sprayer. Can keep for 15-20 days without generating new water drops.
Fourth, the shed film
If the farmers do not use the condition without drip film, then the method of turning the sun film can be used to reduce the adhesion of water drops. It has been proven in practice that the conditioned film can be compared with non-drip films. The specific method is: install the shed film 15-20 days before the frost. After about 30 days, choose noon on a windless and sunny day, remove the film and flip it, flip the two sides of the film, and then fix it. In this way, the adhesion of water droplets can be greatly reduced, and the light transmittance can be greatly improved.
