The most important thing in implementing water and fertilizer integration is management. The watering and fertilizing system in accordance with the actual situation is the key to ensuring the effect of water and fertilizer integration. So what problems should we pay attention to when using the intelligent water and fertilizer integrated system ?
1.Drop irrigation fertilization should prevent excessive irrigation:
Drip irrigation only irrigates and fertilizes the root system. It is therefore important to understand the depth of the spread of the roots of the fruit tree. The easiest way is to dig the root layer with a spatula to see the depth of wetness, and then be able to determine whether there is excessive irrigation. Perhaps a tensiometer is buried in the ground to monitor the depth of irrigation.
2. Pay attention to the protection of filtering equipment:
Commonly used filters are centrifugal filters, screen filters, laminated filters, and sand filters. Always check the filter inside the screen filter and find that the damage should be repaired or replaced in time. When the irrigation season is over, the filter element of the screen filter should be removed, washed and dried for later use.
Handicraft cleaning: pull the handle, loosen the screw, remove the gland, remove the filter element, and flush the filter element screen with a brush.
Automatic flushing: Sewage valve needs to be frequently checked to observe the blocking condition, and flushed frequently.
3. Reasonably control the fertilization concentration:
Many fertilizers are themselves inorganic salts. When the concentration is too high, the leaves or roots can be "burned". Spraying or dripping fertilizer through the irrigation system must control the concentration. The most accurate method is to measure the electrical conductivity of the sprayed fertilizer or the fertilizer at the outlet of the dripper. Usually the range is 1.0-3.0ms / cm is safe. Perhaps the water-soluble fertilizer is diluted 400-1000 times, or it is safe to participate in spraying 1-3 kg of water-soluble compound fertilizer in each side of the water. Regarding drip irrigation, because of the buffering effect of the soil, the concentration can be slightly higher without a big effect. But the following points cannot be ignored:
Fertilizer formula: Different crops have different requirements for fertilizers. Even for one crop, the demand for the same element is different in different growth periods. Therefore, we must target the crops and match the nutritional elements at each growth stage according to the actual needs of the crops.
Fertilizer solubility: The water channel of the irrigation system of the integrated water and fertilizer system is small and easily blocked. The insoluble nutrient components of ordinary compound fertilizers have many impurities, which is extremely easy to block the filtration system. Therefore, water-soluble fertilizers are recommended for the integration of water and fertilizer, with high solubility and comprehensive nutrients.
Secondary dissolution of water-soluble fertilizers: Although the solubility of water-soluble fertilizers is high, the dissolution rate is slow. Therefore, in the process of dissolving fertilizers, constant stirring is required to accelerate the dissolution speed. Sometimes, for the sake of convenience, the water-soluble fertilizer is directly sprinkled into the pond or it is poured directly into the pond without being completely dissolved. I think the pond has a large volume and can definitely dissolve. The reality is that a layer of white sediment (undissolved) appears at the bottom of the pool. Therefore, before the fertilizer is poured into the pool, the water-soluble fertilizer should be completely dissolved in the container, and then poured into the pool.
4. Pay attention to daily maintenance:
Water and fertilizer integrated systems need to be carefully maintained to achieve optimal performance. At the end of the annual irrigation season, a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the pipeline is required. Flush buried pipelines and drain water to protect and protect the first equipment.
